Refunds & Cancellation
Cancellation timing
When you cancel a paid VendorSpies subscription, your subscription runs to the end of the current billing period. There is no prorated refund for any unused portion of the period. You keep paid-through access until the period ends; at that point the subscription terminates without auto-renewal.
Founder tier — payment failure
If a Founder subscription payment fails, you enter a 30-day grace period to update billing and retry. If the failed payment is resolved within 30 days, your Founder locked Founder rate is preserved. If the failure remains unresolved after 30 days, the subscription converts to the then-current Standard tier ($79/mo).
Founder tier — voluntary cancellation
Canceling your Founder subscription immediately and permanently forfeits your locked Founder rate. Any future resubscription is billed at the then-current Standard price ($79/mo) — the original locked Founder rate is never reinstated for that email address.

The data controller for the service is VendorSpies LLC, registered at 30 N Gould St., Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. The governing law for this Refund & Cancellation Policy is the State of Wyoming.
Chargeback policy
Contact support@vendorspies.com before filing a chargeback; we resolve billing issues directly and faster. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may trigger account suspension pending resolution.
