Operational transparency

Trust the evidence, not a status badge.

This page reads the same monitor records that power VendorSpies. Health and recency update from production data; nothing below is a marketing estimate.

Monitoring cadence
Production source checks run every 10 minutes, with a separate daily operational report at 08:00 UTC. Each vendor row below shows its actual latest attempt and successful verification time, so coverage awaiting refresh—or needing attention—remains visible.
Detection and verification
VendorSpies fetches each configured public source, hashes the fetched HTML, extracts configured price or rate-limit fragments, and compares structured values with the verified baseline. Model-catalog deltas must repeat across two consecutive successful runs before an existing model's canonical values are updated. New-model launch events also require a second observation. Public model events then have a six-hour stability hold after confirmation. Rapid reversals remain available for operator investigation but are withheld from public feeds, change reports, and public change counts.
Failure handling
Failed extraction creates a snapshot with a parser error instead of silently reporting success. The prior verified baseline remains intact while the affected vendor is marked for attention.
What we can—and cannot—prove today

We can prove the latest attempt, latest successful parsed value, source URL, captured fragment, HTML fingerprint, and every stored before/after change.

We do not publish an uptime percentage yet. A defensible uptime figure requires a complete scheduled-run ledger, and the current schema stores vendor snapshots—not every scheduler invocation. We prefer that explicit limitation to a fabricated number.
